Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) are widely used for building facades, refurbishment, and transportation applications such as trains and aircraft.

ACP are multilayer sandwich panels made of aluminium sheets bonded to a polymer core:

SK Functional Polymer provides high-performance tie layer solutions to ensure strong adhesion between aluminium and polymer materials.

Recommended Solutions

For lamination processes, Orevac® 18300 and Orevac® 18211 films are suitable for bonding aluminium sheets with HFFR cores.

For HFFR compounds, high fluidity Lotader® 8200 coupling agent is recommended for high mineral filler content (>75%). Orevac® 18341 and Orevac® 18343 are adapted for lower filler content formulations.
